Our friendly staff will first discuss your desires in a new home, and which designs would be best suited to you. We aim to provide a home that will suit your family’s needs and lifestyle requirements. 

Depending on what stage you are at, we may also be able to provide advice on a suitable block of land, or House and Land Package.

As soon as we receive all the information required, we will produce your preliminary plan and tender. Our friendly sales staff will explain all the items and associated costs in the Tender and all the incredible value and inclusions that come with your home.

Once we have all the details you've asked for included on your plans and tender, we will prepare and guide you through the signing of your Building contract.  We will provide you with comprehensive homes selection guide and schedule for you to view any inclusions and  upgraded product options.

After your land is available to build, we will lodge your plans for approval with Council or a Private Certifier (also the Land Developer, if applicable). We will also begin preparing construction files and start placing construction orders with our trades and suppliers. 

Once we have received all the approved documentation from Council, Transpire will be able to commence building your dream home!

A start date is set and all trades are scheduled to ensure your perfect dream home is underway.

Our helpful team will keep you updated throughout the entire building process with progress photos to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the build of your dream home.

Once all works are completed, you will be invited to attend a final inspection of your new home with our building supervisor. Together you will inspect your new home and discuss any items which you feel might need to be addressed before you move in.

A Handover date is set, and the count down is on for moving into your new dream home!

Transpire Constructions will service your home even after the construction process has finished!

As part of our continuing quality commitment, your new home will be covered under the Home Maintenance Warranty for any defects and maintenance you need addressed after handover.
