additional charges to the client for

Quality Assurance

implementation of ongoing Quality Assurance assessments, to ensure your home is constructed to the highest of building standards.
Independent
Inspection system
Each Transpire Home will have an independent qualified Certifier to inspect the creation of your home during each critical construction phase. Each phase will need to pass scrutiny to qualify for full compliance.
